Scripps News Rebrand 2025 - 11 One/Music

11 One/Music creates a new music package for the Scripps News group.
11 One/Music President Randy Wachtler says, “Creating this new news music package with talented composers Melissa Mattey & Patrick Magee was so fun and inspiring! All 3 of us worked together in creating the motif and arrangements for the news music package. I’ve been in this business for a long time and the approach for this package was very different from what I’ve done in the past.”
“Patrick’s approach to sound is unique and I love how he focuses on specific instruments to highlight without getting bogged down in too many layers in the compositions”. “Melissa is a joy to work with and her approach to composing is new and refreshing”. “It's also great to work with my son Haden who heads up Operations for our company”. Scripps 2025 is debuting on all 60 local TV stations across the United States and will be rolled out to all stations throughout 2025-2026.
