Scripps News Group debuts 11 One/Music Music Package in 3 New Markets.

Scripps News Group has begun airing their brand new Music Package in West Palm Beach, Nashville and Phoenix. The package is already live in 13 markets and will continue to roll out to the remaining 60 stations throughout 2026. The new music packaged entitled “Scripps Newscast” was created by composers Melissa Mattey, Patrick Magee and Randy Wachtler and features a distinctive 4 note Sonic Brand. “The package is different than the typical news themes airing today on many local stations and features a more modern sound palate that is sure to engage audiences”, says 11 One Music’s Randy Wachtler.
